§ OUTBOUND VOICE · THE LIST WORKS ITSELF

Upload the list.
It dials.

Bring the contacts you already own. The agent works the entire list on the cadence you set, has a real conversation with whoever picks up, qualifies them, books the meeting, and passes the ready ones straight to a human closer.

§ 02 / what it does

The job, done properly.

Your whole list worked end to end, so your closers only ever get live, qualified conversations.

01csv in, conversations out

You upload, it works

Drop the contacts you already own into the account. The agent takes the whole list and starts calling it in the order and on the schedule you decide.

02interrupts, listens, adapts

A real conversation, not a recording

It answers the question it gets asked, handles the objection it actually hears, and keeps up in under half a second. People talk to it like a person because it behaves like one.

03your criteria, every call

Qualified before a human is involved

Budget, timeline, authority, fit - you define what a real opportunity looks like and the agent proves it in the conversation, then writes the answers to the record as fields.

04live calendar, real holds

Books the meeting on the call

No callback tag, no scheduling link that goes unclicked. It offers the slots that are genuinely open and locks one in while the person is still on the line.

05retries · texts · emails

The follow-up cadence runs itself

No answer becomes a retry at a better hour. Two misses becomes a text. Still quiet becomes an email sequence. The contact keeps getting worked until there is an answer either way.

06TCPA windows · DNC · attestation

Compliance is not your homework

Calling windows per time zone, DNC suppression, and STIR/SHAKEN attestation are enforced by the platform, not by somebody remembering. Every suppression is logged.

§ 03 / the mvp, no hand-waving

What you get on day one.

No roadmap theatre. This is what is in the first beta build, and what lands right after it.

In the beta
  • Upload your own contacts by CSV
  • Custom script, voice, and qualification criteria
  • Parallel dialing across your list
  • Live calendar booking on the call
  • Warm transfer to a human closer
  • Automatic retry cadence with SMS and email fallback
  • Recording, transcript, and outcome on every dial
  • TCPA calling windows and DNC suppression enforced
Right after
  • A/B testing scripts across segments
  • More voices and languages
  • Power-dial handoff to human reps

Beta testers pick what jumps the queue. That is most of the point of being on the list.

THE LIST WORKS ITSELF.
§ 04 / save your spot

Get in before the doors.

We are opening DialEcho in waves. The list decides who is in each one, and everybody on it gets beta access before the site sells a single seat.

  • Free to join, no card, one email when your wave opens
  • Beta testers get set up with a human, not a help doc
  • You tell us what to build next while it is still cheap to change

No card. No spam. One email when your wave opens.

§ 05 / the obvious questions

Before you ask.

You bring them. DialEcho works the contacts you already own - your CSV, your existing system, your customers. We are the operator, not the list.

As many as your list needs. It is not a person holding one phone, so a two thousand row list is not a two thousand hour project.

It books them, or it transfers them live to whoever is available with the summary already in hand. Your choice, per campaign.

They roll into the retry cadence at different hours, then to text, then to email. Nothing gets dialed once and forgotten.

Every call has a recording, a transcript, and a structured summary. Nothing about the conversation is a black box.

Five lists, one engine

Pick your wire.

Each one is a different job the same agent does. Join as many lists as you want - it is one signup per list and it moves you up all of them.
