What DialEcho does over email

What does DialEcho do for email?

DialEcho runs bulk email campaigns and multi-step drip sequences to the contacts you upload, from the same system that runs your calls and texts. Sequences can follow up for months with conditional steps, and a reply, a booking, an unsubscribe or a stage change cancels every queued step for that contact on every channel. The agent drafts emails per segment for you to approve, or you write every word yourself, and each reply is threaded into the contact's record with opens, clicks, replies and bounces tracked.

Email blast or drip sequence: what is the difference?

An email blast sends one message to a whole segment at once, which suits announcements, offers and newsletters. A drip sequence sends a series of messages to each contact over days or weeks, timed from when that contact entered it, which suits follow-up that has to keep going until someone answers. DialEcho runs both: blasts for reach, and reply-aware sequences that stop the moment a contact responds, so nobody gets another follow-up after they have already said yes.

How does DialEcho protect email deliverability?

Deliverability is set up with you at onboarding: SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication for your sending domain, plus a sending warm-up. Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe, and an unsubscribe suppresses that contact permanently across every channel. Because sequences stop on reply, contacts are not mailed again after they respond. Opens, clicks, replies and bounces are tracked on every send, so you can see how each campaign and domain is landing.
