A token is one universal credit that every channel spends from. A call-minute is 6 tokens, a text is 3, ten emails is 1 token. One wallet drains across calls, SMS, and email - no separate meters, no five bills.
There's something better than a trial: every account starts with 1,000 free tokens - $10 in credits, no credit card. That's roughly 166 call-minutes or 333 texts, enough to upload a list and run a real campaign before you ever pay. After that you're pay-as-you-go, or you pick a plan.
Pay as you go is $0 to start at a flat $0.01 a token, no commitment - the perfect way to begin. Plans add a monthly bucket of included tokens at a lower rate ($0.009 down to $0.007), plus more phone numbers and priority support. The calculator above shows exactly which is cheaper at your volume.
Tokens you buy never expire - top up whenever and they're yours until you spend them. On a plan, the included monthly bucket resets each month (size your plan to real volume), but any top-ups you add never expire.
Two options. Top up manually any time, or switch on auto-reload and we keep your balance topped up so campaigns never stop mid-blast. No overage penalty - top-ups bill at your plan's rate (or $0.01 on pay-as-you-go).
Every minute the AI agent is on the line - dialing, voicemail, and live conversation - counts at 6 tokens a minute, which is $0.06 on pay-as-you-go and less on a plan. We meter all dial time because the cost is incurred whether or not someone picks up.
